Summer Schedule Update

Update for Summer Workouts Next week (July 11-14) Kids Camp 9:00-2:00 need varsity wrestlers to help at the camp. We will wrestle on Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-3:00 and lift on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00-3:00. July 18-21 Team Forge Camp wrestlers should be attending the camp.  If you attended team camp, overnight camp, or are on the national team there is no cost for you .Also varsity wrestlers will serve as counselors. Camp will run from 4:00-9:00 July 26 and 28 Lift 3:00-4:30 Open Mat 5:00-6:30 August 1 - August 14 Dead Period. You should be lifting and running on your own. August 15-18 (Monday-Thursday) Technique and Training Sessions 3:00-5:00pm August 22-25 (Monday-Thursday) Technique and Training Sessions 3:00-5:00pm The schedule for September to the start of the season will be out in August.

Cadet National Duals

Four members of the Colonial Forge wrestling team participated in the USA Wrestling Cadet National Duals last week in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Tony Neis went 5-0 in Greco-Roman and 3-2 in freestyle and Zach Martines went 7-0 in freestyle and 4-2 in Greco-Roman to lead Team Virginia in both styles.  Sean Murphy was 3-2 in both styles and Dylan Hunziker went 2-2 in freestyle and 2-4 in Greco-Roman.  Great job men as you wrestled very well aganist the nations best!

Summer Schedule
